Positive: Welcoming staff, great breakfast choices, spotlessly clean, plenty of fresh towels, quietness at night. 5 min walk to town centre. Beautiful gardens. Very relaxing atmosphere. Stayed into alot of hotels recently-this was the most comfortable bed we slept in! There are so many hotels to chose from in the area and for us, this was a great choice. No problem recommending this hotel to anyone.

Positive: While it looks old fashioned, and indeed it is rather a blast from the past, it has "warmth" and good karma. Room was comfortable, functional washroom with perfect shower, A/C was good and was well attended to by the cleaning staff. Breakfast was very good in both selection and quality. Staff was really polite and courteous. And teh location was perfect.

Positive: Fantastic location in the heart of Killarney, plenty parking. Breakfast is excellent with an incredible selection and plenty Gluten free options. Friendly staff.
